We will walk together, learn together, discover together, and ultimately return together.

I love sharing what has been generously taught to me over the years through the multidisciplinary and comparative studies of philosophies, spiritualities, religions, schools of thought, and general human experiences as shared through literature and the arts, but that will happen organically and effortlessly in our conversations. Within that expansive realm of free-flowing ideas and helpful concepts, this process is simple and as dogma-free as the human mind can allow.

I will help you design a practice of meditation, mindfulness, and connection with the present moment. It will be built on a consistent routine of gentle self-discipline, concentration, and courage, one day at a time, one sit at a time, one breath at a time.
