The only way “out” is in and then through. There is nothing to fear. It is all here to show us, teach us, and help us let go of whatever painful, harmful armor we have developed in a desperate bid to protect our hearts.
So we sit and let the body relax into stillness. The breath will soon follow, and then the minds. After some consistent time practicing this very simple, natural way of being, even our heartbeats will eventually slow. It is in this quiet, roomy place that we can tap into our fundamental qualities and intuitive knowing.
We will use the full gamut of humanness to grow, learn, and become our inherent selfless selves. We will dive willingly into grief, fear, anger, rage, hurt, and all the other uncomfortable emotions and feelings. They are not our enemies but are there to show us and teach us. I can help you develop a new relationship with them- one that will ultimately lead to great liberation and unshakeable peace.
I am particularly interested in helping others learn the practices of forgiveness and grief. These two have been my greatest teachers- the ones that have burned away everything unneccesary inside of me, the ones that have softened my heart, the ones that have taught me how to be unconditional love, the ones that have been the greatest sources of liberation from Ego, the deepest throughways into connection with Source. I would love to share the practical steps for working with, being with, and learning from forgiveness and grief.
